The Simple Beach Lodge — El Simple to most — is seven unique suites set directly on the Las Peñitas waterfront, right where a generous surf break peels past the sand. No fuss, no gloss: just whitewashed walls, sea breeze, and the kind of quiet you came for.
There's an indoor pool that opens straight onto the beach, a private slice of sand to call your own, and the wild mangroves of Juan Venado just across the channel. Take the whole lodge for a group, or settle into a single suite and let the days run long.

The Signature

The Area & Experiences
Las Peñitas sits between open ocean and the Juan Venado mangroves, with León just up the road. There's plenty to do — or nothing at all.
